Did You Find neurofeedback therapy to be helpful
Please explain:

“By session #3, my fatigue had faded noticeably; I felt more organized, my mental To-Do list of 10 items reduced to 2 items, and when I completed them, another one of 2 would pop in, instead of another 10! By session #6, I felt happier, and my ability to recall faces and names after meeting a group of people was, “back to normal” – I could recall everybody!”
